These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, quizzes, features, or services we make available (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country that allows you to consent to online services) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account.

3) Content, Accuracy & Educational Use
Our quizzes, answers, explanations, and articles are provided for general information and entertainment. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, up to date, or error-free. Use your own judgment and check primary sources where accuracy matters.

4) User Submissions & Feedback
If you submit corrections, comments, or other materials (“User Content”):
You represent that you have the rights to share it and that it doesn’t violate any law or third-party rights.
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the Services.
We may remove User Content at our discretion.
5) Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and compilations, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You receive a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
“Bing” and related marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft. Any references to Microsoft or Bing are for descriptive/nominative purposes only.
6) Third-Party Links, Ads & Affiliates
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. If you purchase through affiliate links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
7) Privacy, Cookies & Data
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see /privacy-policy). We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.
8) Availability & Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
9) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.
11) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bing Weekly Quiz, its owners, affiliates, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
(a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12) Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@bingweeklyquiz.net with:
Your name and contact details;
A description of the copyrighted work;
The exact URL of the allegedly infringing material;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act;
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing and may terminate repeat infringers.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms. Before filing a case, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally in good faith within 30 days after written notice.
16) Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
